This service includes:

• Advertising and Marketing the property in order to find a suitable tenant
• Accompanied viewings
• Referencing and credit checking suitable tenants
• Arranging the tenancy agreement
• Serving the relevant notices
• To draw up an inventory detailing the condition of the property and its contents

Tenant Find and Full Management Service

In addition to the above services and including:

• Check the tenant into the property and go through the inventory
• Taking meter readings and notify the relevant Utility companies
• Carry out the day to day duties required of a letting/management agent
• Upon giving the tenant the required notice, visit and inspect the property from time to time and advising the landlord accordingly
• At the end of the tenancy, inspect the property and its contents by cross referencing the inventory. Any damage will be charged to the tenant.
• Notifying all Utility companies of the final meter readings.
• Special deals available for landlords with multiple properties.
